Correct timezone handling when printing calendars
...
Events stored in other than user's timezone could be incorrectly positioned,
showing incorrect time as well. This change fixes it.

[ECompEditor] Preserve original duration when changing time
...
When changing start time after end or end time before start, the other
time had been modified to be one hour duration. This change uses the original
duration instead, if possible.

Show EDateEdit time combo popup in columns
...
This avoids scrolling, thus make sit easier to pick a time from
the offered list of available times. It can still show only one
column, when the list of available times is not divisible by
any predefined value.

Default mail account not indicated after restart
...
It had been still set, but the underlying structure didn't have it
properly populated, thus Edit->Preferences->Mail Accounts didn't indicate
the account as default.

Use SRV records for configuration lookup
...
These are marked as incomplete, because the SRV record contains only
host name and port, thus all the other values being set are just a guess.
The change also makes prefer complete lookup results over those incomplete.
