ETable: Sometimes does not scroll to the cursor row
...
It could sometimes happen that the request to scroll to the cursor
had been received before the actual content size had been recalculated,
which resulted in no scrollbar position change and the cursor had been
left out of the view.

M!80 - help: Change instances of "Apply" to "OK"

The text on the button used to confirm, e.g., the creation of a new
calendar (in the "New Calendar" window) now reads "OK" instead of
"Apply", but the help pages for add/using various calendars still use
"Apply". The same applies to windows and help pages for adding/using
various address books and task/memo lists.
Change instances of "Apply" to "OK" for help pages that link to the
following help pages:
* calendar-using-several-calendars
* contacts-using-several-addressbooks
* tasks-using-several-tasklists

The function issues an on-idle callback using the editor, which can
be freed before the idle callback is called. Use GWeakRef to know
whether the editor was freed meanwhile or not.

CMake 3.20.1 errors out with:
CMake Error at cmake/modules/PrintableOptions.cmake:38 (message):
variable name cannot be empty
Call Stack (most recent call first):
CMakeLists.txt:152 (add_printable_variable)
Change how the parameter value is compared, to fix it.

The recurrence ID should not be used when deleting all instances,
otherwise the views might not receive the notification about
the removal, due to the used instance is not part of the view, but,
more importantly, all instances do not have the recurrence ID set.
