* conduits/*/*control-applet.c: corrected my email
        * gpilotd/gnome-pilot-dbinfo.h: added db_handle, the "file
        descriptor" for an opened db.
        * gpilotd/gnome-pilot-conduit-standard-abs.c: uses dbi->db_handle
        instead of ->index.
