Merge GtkPageSetup properties into a GtkPrintSettings object.
* e-util/e-print.[ch] (e_print_run_page_setup_dialog):
New function runs a preconfigured Page Setup dialog and saves
the configuration to GConf (/apps/evolution/shell/printing).
