shell: Move from gtk_main() to g_application_run()
...
Let the Evolution finally be a complete GtkAplication by using
the correct g_application_run(). This gets rid of:
(evolution:121456): GLib-GIO-WARNING **: 13:29:58.970: Your application
did not unregister from D-Bus before destruction. Consider using g_application_run().
runtime warning shown on quit of the application.

EHeaderBarButton: Can be half-sensitive with set menu
...
The GtkMenuButton sensitize itself based on presence of the internal menu,
but the EHeaderBarButton sets sensitivity on its own, to match the labeled
button state. Refresh the sensitive state on menu change to have the whole
button sensitive/insensitive consistently.

itip-formatter: Skip well-known read-only sources
...
This can skip the sources without opening them, which helps with performance,
because opening a source also may mean a refresh of its content, which can
take time (the same as connecting to the server on its own).
