[itip-formatter] Meeting request attendee response address not properly filled
...
Two issues:
a) the ATTENDEE property value is supposed to be URI, specifically
a mailto: URI for email addresses
b) when the calendar has set no user email backend property, the code
returns an empty string, which had been used as the attendee address.
This had been discovered while working on a downstream bug:

Hide enchant dependency from public headers
...
There is no real need to expose the dependency and with the change
of the enachant version it could be problematic to forward the right
enchant include folder to the library user, thus it's easier to just
hide the dependency.

Use e_cal_recur_get_localized_nth() instead of e_cal_recur_nth array
...
The now deprecated e_cal_recur_nth array usage with bare _() didn't always
work, it worked here only due to the same strings being marked for
translation in the "evolution" translation domain, which avoids
the intention of not localizing the same string multiple times.
