Run gtkdoc-scangobj from builddir, not srcdir, don't distribute
foo-doc.{top,bottom}, recomment in code to distribute HTML
images, with shell fixes.
* gtk/gtk.hierarchy gdk-pixbuf/gdk-pixbuf.{args,signals,hierarchy}:
Remove generated files.
