Matthias Clasen a991bb9927 GtkBuilder: pick up named submenus ...

When parsing GMenu xml, use the facility for pick up named submenus.
Note that <section id='foo'>...</section> is _not_ a named submenu.
It is a named item with an unnamed submenu :-(
