        * gtk/gtkspinbutton.c: fixed panel allocation and stacking order,
                fixed the base class realization.

                        * gtk/gtkmisc.c: implemented widget arguments.

                                * gtk/gtkentry.c: fixes in _realize to behave similar to
                                        _size_allocate.
