Matthias Clasen 2e39c4bab8 Add GtkStack
Add separate GtkStack and GtkStackSwitcher widgets that are an
alternative to GtkNotebook. Additionally, GtkStack supports
animated transitions when changing pages.
These widgets were initially developed in libgd.
