This is mostly search and replace ala GtkButton => button GtkWindow => window .button => button or removing style properties that aren't used anymore like -GtkButton-default-border: 0
Multiple reftests were damaged by the element name transition. Repair them. The region reftests are no longer needed, since we no longer do regions.
Ensure we draw the full backgorund on labels, not just where test appears.
