Don't use *_DISABLE_DEPRECATED
...
Instead of undefining the DISABLE_DEPRECATED guards,
define the GDK_DISABLE_DEPRECATION_WARNING macro where needed.
Also replace INCLUDES by AM_CPPFLAGS to shut up automake.
