Some applications need to access gdk_quartz_window_get_nsview,
gdk_quartz_window_get_nswindow, and gdk_quartz_event_get_nsevent
so move these from the private gdkquartz-gtk-only.h to a new
header gdkquartz-cocoa-access.h. Don't include this header in
gdkquartz.h so that user code that doesn't need to access these
functins isn't required to compile with Objective C/C++.

The Quartz Window Manager adds to the Windows menu all NSWindows with
titles. Since we assign a default title to all windows that produced a
rather cluttered Windows menu containing among other things dialogs.
Setting aside that dialogs don't belong in the Windows menu, if
a dialog was hidden for reuse instead of destroyed it would persist in
the Windows menu and if clicked there would show, but because it wasn't
running wouldn't respond to events and so couldn't be hidden again and
would remain on top of its parent window.

gdk_window_impl_quartz_release_context () can be called with a NULL CGContextRef. This causes CoreGraphics assertion failures when debugging a Gtk application in Xcode, as the code was blindly passing that NULL to CGContextRestoreGState () and CGContextSetAllowsAntialiasing (). Given that the matching pair of CGContextSaveGState () and CGContextSetAllowsAntialiasing () calls are already checking for a NULL CGContextRef, it seems reasonable to wrap these calls in a NULL check.

Don't export any functions taking or returning MacOS types in
gdkquartz.h, gdkprivate-quartz.h, or any header that either includes.
The GdkQuartz internal functions are moved to a new header
gdkinternal-quartz.h, the functions used by quartz-specific
Gtk files are moved to another new header gdkquartz-gtk-only.h, and
the key and event enums to a new header gdkkeys-quartz.h.
The previous version of this patch sent an update message to the
NSOpenGLContext in a GdkGLContext::update vfunc, but that vfunc does not
exist any more.

So dialogs, pop-ups, etc. behave as expected when parent is in
full-screen.

By returning a default surface. The situation where there's no
currentContext arises when GtkCSS is trying to determine the
layout sizes so no actual display is necessary.

gtk+ currently depends on the scaling factor and the cairo device scale
of both the backend surfaces and image surfaces to be equal.
Until now we didn't apply a cairo device scale at all and depended on the
automatic scaling of CGContexts. This works when drawing with cairo but
fails in case of image surfaces, which get requested at a too small size.
To make the quartz backend behave more like the X11 one, set the cairo device
scale on the surface in gdk_quartz_ref_cairo_surface(). As this conflicts
with the default scaling done by CGContext (we would get double scaling)
undo the CGContext scaling using CGContextScaleCTM().

The shadow will be drawn in the wrong place in those cases so all we can
do is disable it. This fixes double shadows drawn around menus, popups
and tooltips.

Instead of using the default zoom behaviour use the internal
maximized state for selecting our own zoom target. This makes
zooming work for CSD windows where for some reason the
given default zoom target is the current window frame itself
resulting in a shadowless window of the same size.
While this makes the zoom button behave a bit different as expected
it makes things more consistent with other platforms and fixes CSD
zooming.
Support was added for GDK_HINT_ASPECT in
gdk_quartz_window_set_geometry_hints though with one restriction:
min_aspect and max_aspect have to be equal, which I believe corresponds
to the most common usage. A warning will be printed if this condition is
not met but min_aspect will be used anyway.
First, attributes can be NULL (which is always the case when calling
gdk_window_ensure_native) so do not unconditionally dereference it.
Then the window_type should be taken directly from the GdkWindow as
in other backends (such as the X11 one for example).

Sending backingScaleFactor to a NULL NSWindow will silently give the
value 0 for the scale factor, causing insidious divide-by-zero bugs down
the line. This checks if the NSWindow is NULL first, as seems to happen
throughout the rest of the file.
Note that I don't have a hi-DPI OS X machine to test this on, though.

It's unused. At the same time, rename "begin_paint_region" to
"begin_paint". This will help us clean up how GDK painting works
in the future to allow more creative use of double-buffering.
This implements native fullscreen mode on OS X >= 10.7. This patch
adds tracking of the fullscreen mode if externally modified, as well
as toggling the native fullscreen mode of the window as needed.
