Move single-include guards inside include guards

gcc has optimizations for include guards that only work
if they are outermost in the the header.

Bug 619148 - "active ID" properties (GtkComboBox)

Based on a patch by Matthias, add an "active-id" property for
GtkComboBox and add some convenience API for GtkComboBoxText.
Also, add a test case to gtk-demo.

This is a derived class of GtkComboBox to replace the
gtk_combo_box_*_text() convenience API.
