App Chooser: Fix app icons in HighContrast

We need to follow-state here as well, to make sure the
icons are visible on selected rows.

Drop the extra resources/ subdirectory
...
This subdirectory gets in the way when integrating the inspector
build more fully with GTK+, and does not really add anything.
Just move everything one level up.
