GtkSearchBar: Don't vexpand
...
It turns out that setting vexpand to its default value has
side-effects that we need.

Drop the extra resources/ subdirectory
...
This subdirectory gets in the way when integrating the inspector
build more fully with GTK+, and does not really add anything.
Just move everything one level up.
