assistant: Add margin to action area
...
We are no longer setting a margin on the content area, so put
one on the action area itself to prevent the buttons from touching
the edge.

Drop the extra resources/ subdirectory
...
This subdirectory gets in the way when integrating the inspector
build more fully with GTK+, and does not really add anything.
Just move everything one level up.
