        * gtk/gtknotebook.c: send a GtkWidget** instead of a GtkNotebookPage*
        when doing tabs DnD, this allows DnD interaction with other widgets,
        added some docs for this too.
        * tests/testnotebookdnd.c: add some code to test it.
