macOS: Dock "Quit" invokes "app.quit" action

Allows the application to handle "Dock icon > Quit" the same as
"Application menu > Quit".

Requires GtkApplication's `register-session` property.

Suitable replacement for gtk-mac-integration's
`NSApplicationBlockTermination` signal.
