	* gtk/gtktreeview.c (gtk_tree_view_real_select_cursor_row): only
	start editing when you select with a keyboard.

	(gtk_tree_view_button_press_event): much more graceful now.

	* gtk/gtkstyle.c: Draw togglebutton better.
