GtkModelMenuItem: set initial accessible role

The initial state of GtkModelMenuItem is that of a normal menu
item, but the accessible we are using, GtkCheckMenuItemAccessible,
starts out with a role of 'check menu item'. Fix that up by
explicitly setting the initial accessible role.
