Javier Jardón 44cadd2a48 Add info about single includes when compiling GTK+ apps ...

gtk.h, gdk.h, gdk-pixbuf.h. are the recommended includes.
But there are some exceptions: gdkkeysyms.h, gdkx.h and
gtkunixprint.h
