	* app/config/gimpbaseconfig.[ch]
	* app/config/gimpcoreconfig.[ch]
	* app/config/test-config.c: cleaned up includes. Added more properties
	to GimpCoreConfig.

	* app/libgimp_glue.h
	* libgimpbase/gimpunit.h:
	declared gimp_unit_get_number_of_built_in_units() G_GNUC_CONST.

	* app/core/gimpunit.[ch]: internal GimpUnit functions return const
	strings.

	* app/xcf/xcf-save.c: changed accordingly.
