	* app/base/base.c (base_init): don't say we'd use MMX if it is
	disabled.

	* libgimpmodule/gimpmodule.[ch]
	* app/gui/module-browser.c: changed enum values and user-visible
	strings to saner values.

	* libgimpmodule/gimpmoduledb.c
	* plug-ins/tools/tool-safe-mode.c: made them less verbose.
