	* app/actions/file-commands.[ch]
	* app/actions/file-actions.c
	* menus/image-menu.xml.in: removed "file-open-from-image" action
	and simply use "file-open-image" from both File menus. Makes the
	behavior more predictable and removes unneeded complexity.
