	* libgimpcolor/gimpcolorspace.[ch]: removed redundant functions
	gimp_rgb_to_hsv_double() and gimp_hsv_to_rgb_double().

	* app/core/gimpdrawable-blend.c: use gimp_rgb_to_hsv() and
	gimp_hsv_to_rgb() instead.

	* plug-ins/fp/fp.[ch]
	* plug-ins/fp/fp_misc.c: ditto. Deuglyfied the changed functions'
	coding style a lot.
