New Undo type for vectors merging. * app/core/core-enums.c: regenerated. * app/gui/vectors-menu.c * app/gui/vectors-commands.[ch] * app/widgets/gimphelp-ids.h: New Menu entry + callback to invoke the merge functionality. New Help ID for the menu entry.
