	* app/widgets/gimplayertreeview.c: pass GIMP_RUN_INTERACTIVE to
	file_open_layer().

	* tools/pdbgen/pdb/fileops.pdb: export file_open_layer() to the PDB
	as file-load-layer.

	* app/pdb/fileops_cmds.c
	* app/pdb/internal_procs.c
	* libgimp/gimpfileops_pdb.[ch]: regenerated.

	* libgimp/gimp.def: updated.
