* libgimpproxy/Makefile.am: Similar additions for Win32 as in the
other libgimp*/Makefile.am files: Use -no-undefined. Use the .def
file. Produce MS style import library if possible. Install and
uninstall import libraries.
* libgimpproxy/gimpproxy.def: New file.
