by emitting "notify::pickable" when the pickable's buffer changes, or setting the pickable to NULL when its buffer disappears.
Totally WIP and later supposed to give simple access to all sorts of things that can provide a GeglBuffer via the GimpPickable interface. Currently only dropping of drawables and images is supported.
