Change licence to GPLv3 (and to LGPLv3 for libgimp).
Cleaned up some copyright headers and regenerated the parsers in
the ImageMap plugin.

header but add a typed opaque priv pointer to it so we can avoid
exposing implementation details. Also move the class struct to the
