to simulate this upcoming separation.

until they're perfect ;) When finished, this stuff can save

spinbuttons' contents on focus_in_event.
Ugly new function gimp_size_entry_grab_focus() because it seems
impossible to implement gtk_widget_grab_focus(sizeentry).
