        * plug-ins/mail/mail.c: added a from: field, made
        it check gimprc for a gump-from field (per request
        by tigert). fixed it so it would actually use
        the last vals properly.

        * plug-ins/gap/Makefile.am: removed the SUBDIRS line
        so it at least builds. Probabaly not the right fix,
        but while I'm committing...
