Bug 645456 - Inconsistent window (role) naming scheme
Applied patch from Christoph Kappel which adds a "gimp-" prefix to all
plug-in dialog window roles.

Port stuff to gimp_item_is_text_layer()
Port stuff to gimp_item_is_text_layer() instead of
gimp_drawable_is_text_layer(). Nevermind the previous commit, it
should never have been pushed...
