Added Nether's tools patch Clarified the units in the preference tile cache size field (it's in bytes, NOT KBs)
for more complete functionality. I actually posted this patch Nov 4, 1997, but it seemed to get lost in the CVS confusion, so here it is again. The original patch applied cleanly, so it should be ok.
