This fixes many typos in comments and one in a user-visible string (msgid
"center abscisse" changed to "center abscissa" in affected po files. too).

Bug 155733 - need to check return values of gimp_drawable_mask_bounds()

Remove calls to gimp_drawable_mask_bounds() from most plug-ins.
This just leaves a python gimp interface plug-in.
