G_DIR_SEPARATOR_S. Also removed all attempts to manually detect
double dir separators. LibGimpBase's searchpath utility functions
don't append a G_DIR_SEPARATOR_S to all paths any more.
* app/pdb/fileops_cmds.c: regenerated.
