* libgimp/gimpwidgets.[ch]: use unsigned integers for the
memsize_entry. Added gimp_uint_adjustment_update().
* gimprc.[ch]
* preferences_dialog.c: use unsigned integers for memsizes
(tile_cache_size and max_new_image_size). Allows to set those
values up to 4GB. Fixes bug #11053 .
