* tools/pdbgen/pdb/fileops.pdb: changed accordingly.

* plug-ins/script-fu/script-fu-constants.c
* libgimp/gimpfileops_pdb.[ch]
* tools/pdbgen/enums.pl: regenerated.
* libgimp/Makefile.am
* libgimp/gimpcompat.h: added gimpcompat.h mostly as a place to
document plug-in API changes.
* plug-ins/*: changed all occurences of GimpRunModeType to GimpRunMode.
