	complain.

	* app/widgets/gimpfontselection-dialog.c: use g_ascii_strcasecmp().

	* plug-ins/script-fu/script-fu-intl.h: don't call gtk_set_locale()
	since gtk_init() does it for us now. Don't set LC_NUMERIC to "C".
	INIT_I18N_UI() is the same as INIT_I18N_UI() now.
