libgimp: rename the newly added item parasite functions

gimp-item-find-parasite -> gimp-item-get-parasite
gimp-item-list-parasites -> gimp-item-get-parasite-list

Also changed the signature of gimp-item-get-parasite-list's C wrapper
in libgimp to be sane.
