Renamed enum GimpImageResizeLayers to GimpItemSet. * app/core/gimpitem-linked.[ch] * app/core/gimpimage-resize.[ch] * app/dialogs/resize-dialog.[ch] * app/actions/image-commands.c * app/actions/layers-commands.c * app/tools/gimpeditselectiontool.c: changed accordingly.
