* configure.in, macros/autogen.sh:
added support for xml-i18n-tools. This module is now required
when building from cvs. Please make sure that the macrofile
installed by xml-i18n-tools is installed so it's in aclocal's
path. or do:
export ACLOCAL_FLAGS='-I /usr/local/share/aclocal'
