Stop including top-level libgnome[ui] headers -- <gnome.h>,
<libgnome/libgnome.h> and <libgnomeui/libgnomeui.h>.  Instead, include
specific header files so we can track them easier.

Also, remove several unshipped test programs.  Mostly ETable stuff.
