	widgets/shortcut-bar/e-icon-bar.c: Removed the usage of "x" and
	"y" arguments to EText.

	* widgets/e-text/e-text.c, widgets/e-text/e-text.h: Removed the
	"x" and "y" arguments to EText.   Added vertical scrolling.
