* backend/ebook/Makefile.am (privlib_LTLIBRARIES): Remove
	libebook-static.la

	* conduit/Makefile.am (libeaddress_conduit_la_LIBADD): Use
	non-static versions of libraries: the static ones were only needed
	for libtool 1.3.
