	* e-calendar.c (e_calendar_init): Unset the GTK_CAN_FOCUS flag on
	the ECalendar.
	(e_calendar_focus_in): Removed function since it did nothing.
	(e_calendar_focus_out): Likewise.
	(e_calendar_key_press): Likewise.
	(e_calendar_init): Turn off the GTK_CAN_FOCUS flag for both arrow
	buttons.
