	* e-table-field-chooser-item.c, e-table-field-chooser-item.h:
	Fixed ETableFieldChooser row heights a bit.

	* e-table-header-item.c: Formatting clean up.

	* e-table-state.c: Added saving of the version of the ETableState.
	This way, if we change the format of an ETableState, we can detect
	old version numbers.
