	* src/libicalss/Makefile.am (libicalss_la_SOURCES): Add the
	COMBINEDHEADERS here and remove the EXTRA_DIST. This fixes distcheck.
	We can't just put CONBINEDHEADERS at the bottom of _SOURCES because
	of the $(srcdir).
