	* evolution-message-composer.xml: remove FIXME from
	FileInsertFile.

	* e-msg-composer.c (menu_file_insert_file_cb): make hook this up.
	(get_sig_file_content): use get_file_content.
	(get_file_content): make this usable for both insertion and
	signatures.
	(read_file_content): added helper function to read file.
